Welcome to Mouse Jiggler, an app developed and managed by Bohdan Bilous (“I”, “me”, “my”). By downloading or using Mouse Jiggler, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read this document carefully before using the app. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the app.

1. General Information

• App Name: Mouse Jiggler
• Description: Mouse Jiggler is designed to provide subtle cursor movement and interaction support for accessibility, focus, and attention assistance. The app helps maintain cursor visibility and consistent on-screen interaction through gentle cursor motion and optional click actions.
• Accessibility & Focus Support: Mouse Jiggler is designed to support users with visual, motor, cognitive, and attention-related accessibility needs, including users with ADHD who benefit from continuous visual interaction cues and cursor awareness.
• Eligibility: Mouse Jiggler is available for all users without specific restrictions on age, region, or legal status.

2. User Access and Permissions

• Accessibility Permissions: The app requires Accessibility permissions to function properly. These permissions are used solely to enable the app’s core functionality, including cursor movement and optional click simulation. Users can enable or disable these permissions at any time in macOS system settings.
• User Activity Detection: To avoid unwanted cursor movement while the user is actively interacting with the device, the app detects the following activity types:
  • Mouse movements
  • Scroll events (mouse wheel and trackpad gestures)
  • Keyboard activity (key presses, but not specific keystrokes)
  • Trackpad gestures (pinch, swipe, and force touch)
  • System events (sleep/wake and screensaver activation)
  The app does not store, transmit, or log any user activity data.
• No Key Logging: Mouse Jiggler does not record, monitor, store, or transmit typed content or individual keystrokes. Keyboard activity is used only to detect active use and temporarily pause automated cursor movement.

3. Features

• Cursor Interaction Support: Provides subtle cursor movement to support visual awareness and interaction continuity.
• Accessibility Design: Designed to support visual accessibility, reduced repetitive movement, cognitive accessibility, and assistive interaction workflows.
• Flexible Movement Options: Includes configurable movement styles, optional silent mode, click actions, and customizable scheduling behavior.
• Free Features: Mouse Jiggler includes free tools such as customizable cursor movement, click simulation, and automated stop conditions.
• PRO Features: Additional features can be unlocked with a one-time purchase, including Smart Motion, silent mode, advanced scheduling options, and more.
• Refunds: All purchases are securely handled by Apple. If needed, users can request a refund directly through Apple support at reportaproblem.apple.com .

4. Content Ownership and Usage

• Ownership of App Content: All intellectual property related to Mouse Jiggler, including its design, branding, functionality, and features, is owned by Bohdan Bilous. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

5. User Conduct

Users are expected to use Mouse Jiggler responsibly and in accordance with these Terms of Use. Misuse of the app, including attempts to reverse engineer the software or bypass operating system protections, is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitations of Liability

• Disclaimer of Warranties: Mouse Jiggler is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. I do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every macOS configuration or third-party device.
• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for:
  • Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.
  • Issues caused by incorrect configuration or misuse of app functionality.
  • Interruptions related to macOS updates or third-party hardware compatibility.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United States and the European Union.

8. Changes to the Terms

• I reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
